Here you will find info about badges of the Developer Community & InterSystems Global Masters Advocacy Hub, and the complete list of badges with descriptions on how to get them.
General info about Levels & Badges on Global Masters Advocate Hub
All the participants are located on the 1st "Insider" level after joining the Hub. To level up, you should earn a number of badges from the next level. Badges can be earned for completing various challenges at the Global Masters.
You can find all levels and badges at the Global Masters Advocate Hub here:
1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner > then click on your name
2. Click on the "See available badges" to view all the badges and levels of the program
Also, you can see all earned badges at your DC profile page, except the badges from the Global Masters Achievements section (these badges related to Global Masters achievements only and visible at your Global Masters profile page).

Truley some more.
Recently we fixed badges synchronization between Global Masters and community. So you can see all your badges achieved in the My Account->Badges section. E.g. here are the @Daniel.Kutac's badges.

The sequence of recruiters seems to be reversed related to values
Gold Recruiter - 10 referrals
Awarded after 10 / 50 / 100 of your referrals have joined Developer Community.
Silver Recruiter - 50 referrals
Bronze Recruiter - 100 referrals

How can I become an advocate
Hi Malik! This article should help. You would need to earn any 2 badges from the Advocate's level. Place the mouse cursor over the badge to see how to earn it.
